I am lucky enough to live in London. Which is a very large attraction in the U.K for any tourists and people come from across the world to see its famous landmarks. Anything from the London Eye to Buckingham Palace.
During big holidays like christmas and summer billions of people come to London. So I have created a list showing my top 5 things to do in London at Christmas.
Winter Wonderland is a huge theme park which is set up in Hyde park from the 20th of November till the 3rd of January. Anything from giant roller coasters to Ice skating to all the festive markets, there is loads to get up to and is a brilliant day out. But book ahead for shorter queues and to ensure you get tickets as it is very popular!
One thing you have to do at Christmas wherever you are in the world is go ice skating. And in London the Somerset House ice rink is one of the most popular ones. It has beautiful surroundings and a lovely atmosphere!
3. Hogwarts covered in snow.
Going to the Warner Brothers studios to drink butter beer or see the set is amazing as it is. And they definitely go all out at Christmas.
4. Carols By Trafalgar Square.
You should definitely go and listen to choirs singing carols under Trafalgar Square’s large Christmas Tree. I was lucky enough to actual sing there one year as part of my choir (click here to find out more about that). It was amazing and I met a few celebrities that were there watching!
5. London pantomimes.
Go and see a panto! There are plenty on all around. As you probably know I am in panto of “Sleeping Beauty”. But there are loads of different shows, some with celebrities in them!
